When my son Tony and then fiancee Angel were planning their wedding, they were very excited about hiring Brian and Allie as their photographers. Angel and Tony were very meticulous about every detail of their wedding, researching the work of several vendors for their special day, and they chose Brian and Allie because they were absolutely amazed by how beautiful their photographs were. For me, the memories of my photographer were a lot of obviously posed pictures and my wedding album was a compilation of individual snapshots of the posed pictures so my husband and I did not understand the emphasis placed on the photographer. However, that all changed on the wedding day when Allie played a slideshow of the photos that were taken throughout the day; there were staged shots and spontaneous scenes, black and white photographs as well as color but every single picture was beautiful. Even though we knew there were specific shots that were posed, the expressions on the faces were so natural and happy.
When I wanted to present a special Christmas gift for Tony and Angel, I contacted Brian about compiling a wedding album that would capture the sequence of events of the wedding. The wedding book that Brian and Allie created is absolutely stunning. It captures all the special moments of the day from the makeup and hair to the ceremony and exchanging of vows to the reception. It has the touching moments between mother and daughter, the joyous expressions of bride and groom, the proud looks of family members. Each page tells a story in itself. Tony and Angel opened their gift on New Year’s Day and gasped when they opened the first page of their wedding book. Then there was silence as they turned each page and you could tell they were transported back to that special day when everything was magic…now that is a priceless moment.
To Brian and Allie, thank you so much for creating a book of memories that will last a lifetime and a keepsake that will be passed down to their children.
